  • Typically Medicare and Medicaid or private insurance pays for home care services, for a person who has a skilled need for services. Skilled need is determined by an initial assessment and payment is paid at a rate determined for each defined skilled need. Dungarvin Home Health Care can provide you with a Professional Assistant that can help you determine how your services will be paid. Professional Assistant services are private pay only.
  • Can I change or add services as I need them?
  • Yes, our customized care plans are designed with your needs in mind. We will work with you, your insurance or funding source, your family/caregiver and doctor to determine what services are right for you and make changes to the plan as your needs change.

  • Yes, many people find that they may need more help than what is provided by the assisted living, in order for you to stay there and maintain your independence and feel safe. Dungarvin Home Health Care can provide additional care and assistance, which can fill the gaps between what the assisted living is able to provide and what you or your loved one may need.
